In short: this site describes a product in development. Early access is offered as-is while we learn, monitoring is limited to public pages that allow automated access, and you stay responsible for what you ask the agent to watch.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the website at hanseong.kim and to any early access to our web monitoring agent (the “Service”). By using the site or the Service, you agree to them. Questions: admin@hanseong.kim.
2. Early access
- The Service is in early development. Features may change, pause or end, and we may limit or close early access at any time.
- Early access is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
- Monitoring rules are proposed for your review and run only after you approve them. Please check each draft before approving it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to monitor:
- publicly available pages and APIs that permit automated access under their terms and technical limits;
- content you are entitled to access, without bypassing logins, paywalls, CAPTCHAs or other access controls.
You may not use the Service to overload or disrupt websites, collect personal data about others, infringe intellectual property, or automate purchases or bookings on your behalf. We may decline or disable any monitor that does not meet these rules.
4. No guarantees
Websites change, go offline or block automated requests, and alert delivery depends on third-party services. The Service and this website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every change will be detected or that alerts will arrive at a particular time, and you should not rely on the Service for safety-critical, financial or time-critical decisions.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, hanseong.kim is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by missed, delayed or incorrect alerts, arising from your use of the site or the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its content and the Service are owned by hanseong.kim. Third-party names and services mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.
7. Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and early-access users will be notified of material changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
